About this role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (Backend) to join our Scheduling Hybrid Network team. If you are passionate about building reputed company, resilient reputed company systems and reputed company in a fast paced, reputed company environment, this role is for you. 

As a Senior Backend Developer reputed company our Logistics domain, you will play a key role in designing and operating the services that power our reputed company. You will own backend systems end-to-end, from data modelling to event flows, deployment, and production operations, and contribute to the architecture of an event driven platform.

• Design and Implement robust asynchronous workflows and decoupled communications leveraging Kafka, AWS SQS, and AWS SNS.
• Own End-to-End Reliability by defining SLIs/SLOs, instrumenting observability reputed company reputed company, and leading production incident response and log analysis.
• Optimize Data Architecture across relational (reputed company RDS), analytical (reputed company BigQuery), and caching reputed company (reputed company).

• Proven reputed company Experience: 5+ years of experience building, operating, and tuning production-grade backend services at reputed company reputed company reputed company environments.
• Advanced JVM & Node Proficiency: Strong, production-proven mastery of Java (Quarkus/reputed company Boot); additional backend proficiency in Node.js is highly valued.
• reputed company Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of pub/sub patterns, idempotency, reputed company consistency, and sagas using Kafka, SQS, and SNS.
• Polyglot Database Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with schema design, query tuning, and migrations across Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL, and reputed company caching.
• reputed company & Orchestration: Solid production experience deploying to AWS and/or Azure with containerized workloads running on reputed company (EKS).
• Modern DevOps & Testing: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform/CloudFormation), GitOps, and rigorous automated testing (K6/Gatling/JMeter).
• API & Observability Standards: Solid grounding in RESTful API design (with gRPC/GraphQL/AsyncAPI exposure) and comprehensive APM/reputed company tracing using reputed company.

AI & Modern Engineering Capabilities

• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience maximizing productivity using cutting-edge tools like reputed company Copilot, reputed company, and Claude reputed company for software delivery.
