About the Job:
The IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces reputed company, consistent, and actionable insights that reputed company IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency. The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have reputed company, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.

Who You Are:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent substantial reputed company work experience, certifications, and education), Required
Licensure/certification: ITIL reputed company Certification reputed company 6 months of hire and reputed company certification(s) in one or more application modules, Required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company IT environments with significant exposure to reputed company EHR/Environments, Required
