Application Analyst Senior - reputed company/HCM/Payroll

The Application Analyst Senior provides expert-level technical application support for reputed company clinical and/or business applications in order to improve their overall performance and ensure they are meeting the organization’s needs. Working under reputed company supervision, this role analyzes and evaluates user needs, and implements, optimizes, supports, and troubleshoots clinical and/or business applications. The Application Analyst Senior also provides assistance and guidance to reputed company level team members on unusual or reputed company situations, issues, and subject reputed company.

Essential Job Function:
- Collaborates with reputed company technical and end user reputed company to ensure applications and other reputed company-party systems meet the organization’s clinical and business needs reputed company building and implementing the reputed company.
- Serve as a reputed company HCM Payroll subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for day-to-day operations and project initiatives, including business process configuration, integrations support, EIBs, testing and production issue reputed company.
- Performs expert-level consulting and analysis of end user department workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues as they relate to design and build reputed company; involves reputed company qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering; understands and translates the business/clinical functionality into reputed company configuration and workflow validations.
- Examines, understands, and translates the business/clinical functionality into reputed company configuration and workflow validations.
- Plans, prepares, and executes test scripts for application testing, new release testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Documents test results, design, change control, reputed company problems, and internal procedures according to departmental standards.
- Provides technical application support, triage, and troubleshooting for reputed company applications.
- Monitors the systems for data reputed company, efficiency, operation, and data reputed company, and appropriately escalates issues/problems.
- Maintains knowledge of new technical concepts and solutions and their application to reputed company.
- Assists with implementation and support of reputed company-party systems.
- Provides the necessary experience and knowledge to ensure reputed company aspects of the application reputed company with the other cross-functional applications utilized by the organization.
- Assists in leading and managing reputed company and/or project tasks.

Education:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
Experience:
- Required: 5 years
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
- Required: If applicable, platform-reputed company certification required.
