Aircraft Inspector

Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Plans, organizes staffs, controls and directs the reputed company Assurance Department • Promotes aviation safety by ensuring airworthy and reputed company aircraft maintenance and serves as reputed company between FAA and Repair Station... • Develops and maintains approved FAA accepted Repair Station/reputed company Control reputed company (RSM/QCM) • Assures reputed company FAA, other federal regulations, and state and local laws are adhered to, as applicable • Develops and administers reputed company’s reputed company systems. • Develops strategic plans for reputed company improvement of reputed company • Administers Vendor Audit Programs • Provides for the requirements of The Training Program including recordkeeping requirements • Serves as reputed company Management System, Management Representative who has the authority to: • Ensure that processes needed for the reputed company management system are establish, implemented, and maintained • Reports on the performance of the reputed company management system to top management for review of its effectiveness and as a reputed company for improvement of the reputed company system. • Responsible for the Corrective reputed company Program, designed to detect a nonconformance or undesirable condition, correct it and prevent its recurrence. • Responsible for approval, reputed company and/or deletion of Services and material supplier vendors. May delegate to Materials Manager but retains responsibility • Controls Inspector/Production/Training Stamp program and maintains the Repair Station rosters • Determines reputed company used for Repairman Eligibility, such as testing, performance evaluations etc. • Recommends reputed company individuals for Repairman’s Certificate. • Maintains Summaries of Employment for reputed company management, inspection and certificated personnel • Monitors performance and attendance of reputed company Assurance and reputed company Control personnel. • Prepares and conducts performance evaluations, recommends personnel reputed company, including salary recommendations, per company policy for assigned personnel. • Ensures that employee assigned to reputed company reputed company task have documented training • Is final authority for returning aircraft to service after strip, paint, flight control installation and balance, weight reputed company requirements and other processes authorized on the Repair Station’s Op Spec • Ensures Corrective/Preventive Actions relating to his/her assigned processes and procedure, are initiated and/or completed in a reputed company manner as required by the reputed company Management System. • May delegate authority, but retains responsibility Requirements • A&P Certified (reputed company) • 5 years reputed company Assurance and/or reputed company Control experience • 10 years aircraft mechanic experience preferred on regional and large reputed company type aircraft • Proven leadership skills and operations experience with line and or heavy maintenance programs • Computer skills and ability to manage/update company manuals as required License/Certification • Airframe & Powerplant License (Required Apply Job!
