[Remote] Analyst II

The role leads statewide initiatives, provides guidance on inclusive hiring practices, and serves as a subject matter expert on disability employment, accessibility, and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the reputed company analyst for disability employment initiatives and workforce development programs designed to increase employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Independently performs reputed company analytical, consultative, and project management assignments
• Develops and implements statewide employment initiatives
• Provides expert guidance on inclusive hiring practices
• Serves as a subject matter expert on disability employment, accessibility, and workforce development

Skills

• Pursuant to California Government reputed company requirements, candidates must be residents of the reputed company at the time of appointment
• This position requires lawful authorization to work in the reputed company. The Department does not sponsor employment visas for this position
• Work performed in an reputed company-spaced partitioned office environment. Requires using a computer and sitting for extended periods of time while reviewing and/or preparing documents
