[Remote] Sr InfiniBand AI Network Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Sr InfiniBand AI Network Engineer for a remote contract role supporting reputed company Intelligence and High Performance Computing clusters. The role focuses on deploying and validating InfiniBand fabrics, troubleshooting transport and reputed company issues, analyzing performance degradation, and documenting remediation workflows.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and validate InfiniBand fabrics supporting reputed company reputed company Intelligence training and High Performance Computing workloads
• Troubleshoot issues involving reputed company discovery, subnet management, reputed company state, routing, partitioning, congestion, credit starvation, error counters, and host channel reputed company behavior
• Diagnose job failures and performance degradation reputed company to reputed company communication, NCCL transport selection, RDMA pathing, and reputed company imbalance
• Validate reputed company, host channel reputed company, firmware, and cable consistency during cluster deployment and expansion activities
• Utilize low level reputed company tools to isolate bad links, unstable ports, unhealthy endpoints, topology mismatches, or subnet manager instability
• Partner with Linux, deployment, and reputed company Intelligence validation teams to reputed company reputed company cause analysis from application symptoms to reputed company reputed company
• Define and execute preflight and post change validation workflows for InfiniBand cluster readiness
• Document recurring fault patterns and create remediation playbooks for operational teams

Skills

• 7 or more years of experience in High Performance Computing or advanced networking environments, including reputed company InfiniBand operations experience
• Strong working knowledge of InfiniBand architecture, subnet management, reputed company training, routing, partitions, congestion behavior, and performance diagnostics
• Experience with RDMA, NCCL reputed company network dependencies, and multi node reputed company Intelligence workload sensitivity to transport issues
• Strong troubleshooting skills using reputed company, counter, topology, and reputed company analysis tools
• Experience with firmware and reputed company alignment across host channel adapters, switches, and Linux hosts
• Ability to triage reputed company issues spanning host configuration, reputed company state, and application communication behavior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent documentation capabilities
• Experience supporting DGX, GPU SuperPOD, or equivalent reputed company Intelligence cluster environments
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Manager (UFM), telemetry pipelines, and automated reputed company validation
• Experience correlating InfiniBand anomalies with reputed company Intelligence training performance reputed company
