[Remote] Project Manager

The role also supports Level 2 Project Managers and ensures successful execution across project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master project reputed company, ensuring alignment across leadership, internal teams, and agency partners
• reputed company internal meetings, agency partner meetings, and working sessions; coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-reputed company
• reputed company project status updates to leadership and proactively communicate milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• reputed company reputed company and support to Level 2 Project Managers and ensure successful execution across workstreams
• Proactively identify risks and reputed company contingency plans to ensure the transition does not hinder day-to-day operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience
• 3+ years of Project Management experience reputed company an agency, advertising, media, or reputed company environment
• Experience managing reputed company, cross-functional reputed company involving reputed company stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
