[Remote] Software Engineer, Conversion

The Software Engineer on the Conversion Engineering team will enhance user experiences that reputed company reputed company by optimizing borrower applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company critical user-facing features that improve loan application and reputed company reputed company experiences—directly driving improvements in conversion and funding reputed company submission metrics
• Maintain full-stack web applications through monitoring of key reputed company metrics such as latency and error rates at reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or its equivalent)
• Experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including reputed company and microservices
• Strong frontend development experience building customer-facing web applications with a reputed company on performance, usability, and experimentation
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Design, and other engineering teams
• Experience improving conversion funnels or other reputed company, metrics-driven user journeys through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization)
• Experience operating in a microservices-based architecture
• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability environments
