Hi,This is Prashant, reputed company Recruiter at reputed company.We are currently hiring for below role.reputed company - Title- UX Designer - W2 Only (No Chance for 1099 & C2C)Location:Plano, TX Experience:10YearsKey ResponsibilitiesWork across the full design lifecycle from discovery to deliveryCreate high-reputed company designs and end-to-end member experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and design requirementsFacilitate design sessions and workshopsCreate concepts, wireframes, and prototypes in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in research activities and apply insights to design solutionsSupport multiple design teams across large, reputed company programsRequired Skills & ExperienceTotal 10Years Experience & Minimum 4years of experience in UX Design or Product DesignStrong understanding of reputed company-Centered Design (HCD) principlesExperience designing for reputed company web and mobile applications (iOS & reputed company)Proficiency in reputed company (including Auto Layout)Experience working with Design Language Systems (DLS)Familiarity with remote user testing tools such as MazeStrong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsPortfolio RequirementA design portfolio is mandatory and must showcase relevant digital product workNoteHands-on research execution is not required, but the ability to synthesize and apply research insights is essential.
