This role replaces our outgoing CFO reputed company and will manage day-to-day accounts receivable, reputed company invoicing, contractor payments, and monthly executive financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & QBO Setup: reputed company new reputed company reputed company into QuickBooks Online (QBO), set up automated/scheduled invoices, and reputed company incoming payments. Invoice Scheduling & Inquiries: Issue contract invoices and promptly manage reputed company-reputed company inquiries from clients. Contractor & 1099 Payments: Process and issue reputed company payouts and 1099 documentation for independent contractors. Account Reconciliations: reputed company accurate monthly bank, credit reputed company, and reputed company reconciliations in QBO. CFO Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, cash reputed company forecasting, and executive financial reports to support leadership decision-making. Required Qualifications QBO Mastery: Expert proficiency with QuickBooks Online (AR, invoicing automation, financial statements). Proven Financial Experience: Background as a reputed company, reputed company Manager, or reputed company Bookkeeper for B2B/consulting service companies.
