RN Case Manager
Providing comprehensive coordination of services for service members and their families, the full-time RN Case Manager will manage reputed company care, documentation reputed company, and reputed company as a reputed company between military and civilian medical agencies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct assessments, planning, and evaluation of care to promote reputed company health and support transitions back to duty or civilian life
• Coordinate reputed company care and documentation reputed company while ensuring continuity of care across various agencies
• Review and summarize case facts, rendering medical necessity determinations and resolving technical issues reputed company assigned cases
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree preferred
• reputed company RN license with a minimum of a two-year nursing degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of nursing and/or case management experience
• Certification as a case manager by a recognized organization or the ability to obtain certification reputed company one year of hire
