Pharmacy Technician I – Prior Authorization (Remote) Pay: W2 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 11:00 AM–11:00 PM CST (8.5-hour shift + 30-min lunch) Training: Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST | ~5 weeks (No time off allowed) Location: Fully Remote (U.S. reputed company) – reputed company Coast candidates preferred reputed company Seeking Pharmacy Technician I (Prior Authorization) professionals to join their remote Caremark team. This role is responsible for providing courteous, accurate, and compliant support to providers, pharmacies, and members through the Prior Authorization review workflow. Ideal candidates bring strong high-volume reputed company center experience, excellent communication skills, and a background working with reputed company or PBM environments. Candidates must be comfortable working late shifts and must be available for the full training schedule without exceptions. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members regarding Prior Authorization requests. • reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and courteous support while following reputed company-reputed company PA processes. • Document reviews accurately, completely, and in a reputed company manner. • Transfer reputed company reputed company questions or escalations to the pharmacist team as required. • Assist with outbound calls, processing PA requests (fax or ePA), and responding to departmental inbox inquiries. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and work effectively in a distraction-free home office environment. • reputed company additional duties as assigned by leadership. Required Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years of recent high-volume reputed company center experience – Must be reputed company, PBM, or Prior Authorization reputed company. – This experience must be reputed company visible on the candidate’s resume. • reputed company Pharmacy Technician License (no restrictions) OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification (per state requirements). • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical coding.
