Traveling Property Manager/Administrator - NorCal Region

reputed company' s reputed company Housing Division is hiring a Traveling Property Manager/Administrator - NorCal Region. Under general direction, the Administrator/Property Manager administers directives set forth by the reputed company of Directors, Property Supervisor and Vice President of Operations; conducts the affairs of the local home in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, laws and ordinances; and manages/controls the functions of reputed company departments of the retirement community to reputed company reputed company services reputed company budgetary boundaries. This position requires 75% travel to support multiple communities primarily reputed company the San Francisco Bay Area. Occasional travel to Lake Tahoe, Redding, Modesto, and San Luis Obispo. • Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Salary reputed company: $87,000 - $90,000 (Depending On Experience) To be successful in this role, you would have: • 2+ years as Administrator/Property Manager in HUD communities required. • Experiencing managing HUD, PRAC and LIHTC communities required. • Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company administrator or reputed company field preferred. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Covering at communities where Housing Administrator support is needed and or where project support is needed. • Coordinates the operations and delivery of services; prepares, plans and executes the policies for the services offered; • Supervises department heads, including instructing, assigning and reviewing work, planning, maintaining standards, coordination activities, allocating personnel, acting on employee problems, selecting new team members, and recommending/approving transfers/promotions, discipline, termination, and salary increases; promotes staff development and motivation; oversees a program for orientation and training for reputed company; writes performance appraisals; process payroll, interprets personnel policies and practices; • Develops new programs to enhance welfare of residents; communicates with the reputed company council; counsels and responds to requests and/or complaints from residents; advises and receives information from families; • Is responsible for occupancy; oversees reputed company-ins and interviews prospective residents; • Maintains or oversees the maintenance of records; • Authorizes purchases of supplies and equipment; • Assures that buildings and grounds are properly maintained; • Develops strategic plan and oversees development and implementation of various systems and functions including redecorating schedule and preventative maintenance plan; • Plans for and attends various reputed company and staff functions; • Monitors the financial condition of the community; estimates present and reputed company financial needs; monitors, prepares, and administers financial analysis, budgets, and cash management; • Participates in area and state association meetings, committees, etc; • Prepares and presents regular reports to the reputed company of Directors; • Devises plans for disaster and emergency response; • Responsible for the preparation of estimated annual budgets; • Responsible for the operations, programs, and resources available to reputed company problems; • Enforces house rules to reputed company tenants, responsible for tenant management including administering 30-day, 10-day and 3- day notices and processing any evictions; • Other required/reputed company duties; What's in it for you?
