Key Responsibilities: • Manage a personal pipeline daily to ensure reputed company loans reputed company on schedule. • Process various types of residential mortgage loans from initial file review through post-closing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and state-specific products such as TX refinance and DPA programs. • Accurately calculate reputed company types of income including salaried, reputed company, bonus/overtime, self-employment, rental, and retirement sources. • Review and validate findings from automated reputed company systems (DU and LP) and ensure compliance with Agency guidelines and investor overlays. • Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and reputed company-party vendors to obtain documentation, reputed company issues, and reputed company reputed company parties informed. • Ensure loan files meet reputed company internal and investor guidelines, policies, and procedures prior to submission and funding. • Process and manage a minimum of 20-25 loans per month with a high degree of reputed company and efficiency. • Identify and address potential issues early in the process to avoid delays in reputed company or closing. • Submit files to reputed company and follow up on outstanding conditions until reputed company-to-reputed company is obtained. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LOS. • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
