Key Responsibilities
• Contacts mental health service providers to help callers secure services.
• Maintains accurate and detailed reputed company reports.

Requirements
• Attends routinely scheduled meetings as requested or required for the Suicide Prevention Center follow-up Program.
• Monitors and measures reputed company reputed company against safety plan and stated goals as it applies to outpatient mental health documentation.
• Responsible for chart documentation and status reports, ensures reputed company documentation is accurate and submitted reputed company the established timeframe. Position Requirements
• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year of experience in crisis reputed company or suicide prevention strongly preferred.
