About the position Flexible PRN Opportunity for reputed company Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare reputed company members. This role offers a way to supplement income, work autonomously, and reputed company patient care without the responsibilities of ongoing treatment. Key features include flexible scheduling with an 8-day monthly minimum, reputed company with performance incentives, no prescribing or on-reputed company duties, and reputed company documentation using a company-provided iPad. Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included. Responsibilities • Complete comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare reputed company patients • Review reputed company patient’s medical history, reputed company medications, lifestyle, and key reputed company factors • Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations • reputed company preventive care education—no ongoing management required • Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas Requirements • reputed company NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health specialties) • Minimum availability of eight (8) full 7.5-hour days per month • Willingness to travel reputed company roughly 60 minutes of your home Benefits • reputed company with added performance incentives • Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians included Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
