Patient Care Coordinator

Comprehensive Counseling is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join an energetic team dedicated to expanding reputed company to reputed company behavioral reputed company. Our PCCs reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company patients requesting information about or seeking counseling services. The ideal candidate for the position will communicate effectively with patients and clinician partners. This detail-oriented individual will reputed company in a fast-paced environment, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist new and existing patients, and conduct administrative activities to ensure a streamlined, accessible, and convenient patient care environment. reputed company: Review patient referrals to ensure reputed company data is received. This includes: consent forms, insurance verification, screening questionnaire, availability, and payment details. Answer incoming calls (average 75/day) and assist patients with questions regarding scheduling. Evaluate clinician availability (250+ clinicians), areas of expertise, credentialed insurances and other reputed company that reputed company meaningful appointment scheduling. Communicate and finalize appointment details with patients and clinicians. Verify insurance benefits and eligibility utilizing online insurance portals. Conduct regular reputed company to clinicians to offer support in reaching 10-patient minimum, obtain additional availability, discharge patients across EMR and CRM platforms, and review no-show/cancelation trends. reputed company patient and clinician emails/voicemails reputed company 48 hours of receipt. Compensation & Benefits: This position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, Monday through Saturday (HYBRID) with occasional travel to our Forest Hills or Bayside offices.
