Drafting recommendations and materials to guide decision-making, including articulating nuanced issues, illustrating trends and projections, and synthesizing data Managing the State's Financial Plan including by projecting and monitoring spending trends, identifying challenges, and working with counterparts to mitigate fiscal risks.
