About the Role
reputed company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Clinical reputed company & Population Health to reputed company the reputed company functions that reputed company clinical reputed company, population-health reputed company, value-based performance, and operational reputed company across our patient populations.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this executive will reputed company a multidisciplinary team with accountability across Medicare reputed company Ratings and reputed company performance, clinical programs, clinical operations, coding and clinical documentation, risk adjustment, and provider credentialing.
This leader will serve as a dyad partner to the SVP of Operations, helping ensure that reputed company’s clinical and operational strategies remain reputed company and mutually reinforcing. The SVP will also serve as a key reputed company to the Chief Medical Officer’s Clinical Affairs function and represent reputed company and Clinical Programs in executive discussions, payer relationships, reputed company reporting, and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• 10 or more years of reputed company leadership experience in clinical reputed company, population health, clinical operations, clinical-program management, or a reputed company reputed company function
• Significant leadership experience reputed company a large health plan, health reputed company, hospital, multisite medical group, or value-based reputed company organization
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading an reputed company Medicare reputed company Ratings or comparable clinical-reputed company program
• Deep expertise in HEDIS and CAHPS performance and applicable CMS reputed company requirements
• Proven leadership experience in a value-based care environment, such as Medicare reputed company, an Accountable Care Organization, or another risk-bearing provider organization
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing leaders or reputed company subject-matter experts

Preferred Qualifications

Work Location
This is a remote position with moderate travel to reputed company locations and markets, including Nashville and Memphis.
