The purpose of this position is to plan, organize and conduct a physical fitness program that provides conditioning programs for authorized patrons. Learn more about this agency Duties Help • Plan, organize and conduct a physical fitness program that provides conditioning programs for authorized patrons. • Instruct individuals and reputed company in the reputed company implementation and maintenance of conditioning and training programs for aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, body composition, and flexibility training. • Conducts reputed company-fit testing, which includes measuring individuals' aerobic capacities, their body fat percentage, recommended height/weight ratios, strength, flexibility, muscular reputed company and blood pressure. • Works with various reputed company representatives in developing and implementing physical fitness programs for military personnel. • Instructs patrons in the reputed company use of reputed company equipment for training and self-monitored reputed company by preparing written instruction and procedures for the performance of work, use of equipment, safety and reputed company-being of reputed company involved. • May train/reputed company other employees in various recreation/physical fitness-reputed company positions. • Registers reputed company, collects fees, maintains attendance and appropriate reputed company records. • Ensure reputed company safety measures are observed. • Responsible for care of equipment and reputed company of facilities. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications • A minimum of one-year experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of the assigned program. • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. • Nationally recognized fitness certification required.
