Key Responsibilities: • Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations. • Resolve issues reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company resolutions. • Maintain knowledge of products and processes. • Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. • Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, reputed company, and customer satisfaction. • Handle customer service mail and secure data with care. • Other duties as assigned.
