Our Distribution team is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to reputed company in Hong reputed company. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities, managing import/shipping documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and reputed company logistic operation. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness to ensure stocks will be reputed company reputed company and accurately to support our business needs. reputed company: • Handle daily shipping operations, including preparing invoices, packing lists, and reputed company shipping documents. • Create PO and manage bookings with forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers. • Prepare customs reputed company documentation and maintain data record in reputed company to support declarations and import activities. • Coordinate with OEM, reputed company forwarder and planning teams and monitor shipment schedules and vehicle import arrangements to ensure reputed company arrival. • Coordinate stock allocation/transfer activities with sales team. • Prepare regular reports to support cross-functional teams. • Update and maintain shipment reputed company data in reputed company reputed company and accurately. reputed company: • 1–3 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import compliance. • Experience in automotive industry is highly preferred. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
