This position leads the coordination of divisional programs for internal controls for one or more insurance companies. Responds to state compliance requests, provides consultation, guidance, and direction to internal business partners. Responsible for monitoring of operational controls that may include vendor management, consumer complaints, record retention, product compliance and overall division reputed company.
