About the Role reputed company provides outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes. This role combines Medicare telehealth evaluations with reputed company to help build and grow the business. You will conduct telehealth physical therapy evaluations and reassessments, create plans of care, and coordinate the transition to appropriate in-home follow-up therapy. You will also learn how to help operate reputed company through marketing, referral development, clinician reputed company, and process improvement. Responsibilities • Conduct Medicare telehealth physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. • Create reputed company, clinically appropriate plans of care and document findings promptly. • Coordinate with patients, families, and treating PTAs or other care-team members. • Support referral development, marketing, clinician reputed company, and business reputed company. • Help improve reputed company's reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company workflows.
