Forms organizational guidance on relevant state and federal regulation, donor disclosure, and advisory committee roles and responsibilities. Experience advising nonprofit organizations on compliance program structure and policy is essential. Experience with fiscal sponsorship, intermediary, or multi-entity nonprofit structures strongly preferred.
