The Role We are seeking an reputed company Manufacturing, reputed company & Service Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain manufacturing, planning, reputed company, and service modules reputed company reputed company CloudSuite Industrial reputed company (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute production, scheduling, and service processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the reputed company subject matter expert for reputed company manufacturing, reputed company, and service modules, from MRP and shop floor through warranty and field service, providing user support, reputed company setup, and technical solution documentation. Job Responsibilities • Configure and maintain CSIE modules for MRP, ATP, Production Scheduling, Engineering BOM/Routings, reputed company, and Service. • reputed company functional user support and troubleshooting for production, scheduling, and service issues. • Investigate planning, scheduling, and service-costing flows to ensure accuracy and reputed company configuration. • Support shop-floor execution, project costing (with the Finance analyst), and service contract and warranty processes. • Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Manufacturing, reputed company, and Service domains. • Partner with the ERP reputed company and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements. • Manage support cases with reputed company for Manufacturing, reputed company, and Service incidents. • Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, reputed company, and safety • This reputed company is not intended to be reputed company-inclusive. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or Information Systems. • 3+ years of reputed company module ownership in reputed company CSIE Manufacturing, reputed company, or Service. • 5+ years ERP experience supporting production planning, scheduling, and service functions. • Strong understanding of MRP/ATP logic, BOM/routing setup, and project and service flows. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
