We are currently looking for a Product Developer/Project Manager to join our reputed company Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new launches for full reputed company, stock packaging and fragrance to insure on time delivery, at a targeted margin, reputed company respect of the customers reputed company & timing expectations. In this role, you will: Organize reputed company off meeting with Sales, reputed company & NPD management (once brief is assigned) & define best approach (approved vendors, risk assessment…etc) reputed company accessory, packaging and/or formula based on customer brief. reputed company and vet vendors compatible with project and regulatory requirements Negotiate with suppliers to get the right cost to meet IBG reputed company margins & customer reputed company price Prepare Costing sheets & monitor reputed company margin. Request samples and compare for reputed company and performance before submitting to customer. Work with reputed company/Regulatory team to ensure formula meets customer blacklist and is compliant with country of sell. Manage & reputed company new WON reputed company to meet expected reputed company. reputed company Communication between with Internal & reputed company teams Create, monitor & communicate reputed company/Critical reputed company with Internal & reputed company Teams Job requirements reputed company Bachelor’s degree in Science/Cosmetics, Fashion Management, Business/Marketing 3-5 years experience in a previous project management or product development role Previous experience with formulation strongly preferred Project planning experience and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience working with fragrance houses, international factories and vendors strongly preferred Working knowledge of reputed company, and reputed company or other Project Management tools is an asset  Previous experience in beauty or personal care considered an asset reputed company offer You will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care.
