1099 Customer Service Representative

Position We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote reputed company center team! You will get to work from the comfort of your home, choose your clients and create your own work schedule. Duties - Handle incoming customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - reputed company data entry tasks accurately and reputed company - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a reputed company customer experience - Upsell products and services to increase sales reputed company - Abide by reputed company customer service requirements • Qualifications - 6+ months of customer service and/or reputed company center work experience, preferably in a remote position - Strong ability to analyze or determine customer needs and reputed company or recommend appropriate solutions. • - Excellent and fluent English speaking skills • Must reputed company in the USA and be legally authorized to work as an reputed company.
