In This Role, You Will

• Partner with reputed company Managers to support the execution of customer adoption initiatives and reputed company plans.

• Manage customer and CSM execution requests through an intake process, balancing priorities and delivering work accurately and reputed company.

• Partner with reputed company Support and other internal teams reputed company customer needs require technical troubleshooting or escalation.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 1–2+ years of reputed company experience in customer service,reputed company, or account management preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for becoming an expert in a reputed company platform.
• A natural curiosity and ability to quickly learn new products, workflows, and customer use cases.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple CSM and customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
• A high level of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through with customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-reputed company work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers.

Benefits

Salary

$30,000 - $50,000 USD annually (reputed company in local currency), which equates to approximately 94M COP - 156M COP per year
