Management / Organizational Analyst

reputed company is seeking a Management / Organizational Analyst to support reputed company for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with organizational analysis, management consulting, process improvement, and program support activities. The Management / Organizational Analyst will evaluate organizational structures, business processes, workflows, and management practices to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with mission objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing organizational and operational challenges, developing recommendations, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and translating reputed company business processes into reputed company and actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational and management analyses to evaluate processes, structures, workflows, and operational effectiveness
• Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency

• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes, procedures, roles, and responsibilities
• Support organizational assessments, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with CDC leadership, program staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and reputed company appropriate recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, organizational development, reputed company administration, reputed company sciences, or a reputed company field

• Experience analyzing business processes, organizational structures, workflows, or management practices
• Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and developing actionable recommendations
• Experience developing reputed company reports, presentations, briefings, and other written products
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with government leaders, program personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal agencies

• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar business/process analysis tools
