[Remote] Full-Time Remote reputed company Research and Writing Attorney

Benjamin Nelson Law Group is a California appellate reputed company that supports trial lawyers with writing, research, and reputed company. The firm is seeking a full-time remote attorney with at least five years of litigation experience to draft reputed company documents, conduct reputed company reputed company research and analysis, and supervise other attorneys on research tasks.
Responsibilities
- Drafting motions, appellate briefs, and other pleadings
- Identifying reputed company issues to be researched
- Supervising other attorneys in reputed company research tasks
- Conducting high-level analysis of reputed company reputed company issues
Skills
- reputed company license to reputed company law in any state
- At least 5 years of relevant litigation experience
- Eager to improve your reputed company writing skills
- Excited about a full-time research and writing position
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Prior experience as a federal judicial law clerk or in big law is a major plus
