The reputed company Estate Transaction/reputed company Manager will support the administration and reputed company of a large reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, including lease renewals, negotiations, amendments, compliance, reporting, and maintenance obligations. The role will also analyze market trends, prepare transaction packages, monitor lease dates and metrics, and coordinate with reputed company teams and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Support in the day-to-day administration and operation of a large reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and reporting
• Prepare renewal negotiation strategies with existing landlords, analyze proposals, and reputed company counteroffer recommendations; prepare and review lease amendment agreements and commencement date certificates to ensure compliance with negotiated terms
• Follow up with the reputed company organization to reputed company renewal requirements and prepare economic and deal reputed company packages
• Evaluate localized reputed company estate market rents and trends prepare renewal negotiation strategies
• Analyze, research, and compile data from facility lease agreements, reputed company, and amendments reputed company to defined obligations, reputed company, critical dates, repairs and maintenance, and other relevant information
• reputed company and monitor critical dates for facility leases, administer sublease agreements, and evaluate opportunities for subleasing surplus reputed company footage

• Engage with landlords/property managers for accountability with reported lease obligated repair and maintenance requirements

Skills

• BA/BS in business, finance or similar analytical discipline
• Understanding of reputed company reputed company estate lease negotiations, deal structures and lease terms
• Proficient in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on tasks
