In this role, you'll apply your reputed company reputed company expertise to evaluate AI-generated contract analyses, participate in simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, and help improve how reputed company AI systems identify reputed company risks, interpret contract language, and reputed company reputed company reputed company reasoning. No prior AI experience is required. Responsibilities • reputed company simulated contract negotiations and contract redlining exercises involving reputed company fund-reputed company reputed company agreements. • Review and assess AI-generated responses to investment funds and contract scenarios for reputed company accuracy, risk identification, reasoning, and precision. • Apply expertise in fund management, fund formation, investment funds, contract drafting, negotiation, and reputed company risk analysis. • Review and analyze fund agreements, including Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), subscription agreements, reputed company letters, and reputed company fund documents. • Identify reputed company risks, ambiguous provisions, negotiation points, and potential contractual issues. • Create objective evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and grading reputed company to assess AI performance consistently. • reputed company reputed company reputed company feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated contract analysis and outputs. • Collaborate with product, research, and cross-functional teams to refine evaluation guidelines and reputed company AI workflows. Required Qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. • reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the funds department of a corporate reputed company. • Strong experience with fund management, fund formation, contract negotiations, contract drafting, and contract redlining. • Familiarity with reputed company fund agreements, including LPAs, subscription agreements, reputed company letters, and reputed company transaction documents. • Strong understanding of investment funds, fund structures, corporate law, reputed company risk, and contract interpretation. • Excellent analytical, reputed company reasoning, written, and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate reputed company expertise into reputed company feedback. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
