You will reputed company reputed company Copilot Studio, Azure reputed company, and reputed company Platform to automate member self-service, enhance contact center agent productivity, and reputed company reputed company digital banking experiences reputed company strict financial compliance standards (NCUA, GLBA, PCI-reputed company). Key Responsibilities • Build AI & Copilot Agents: Design and reputed company Copilots, virtual assistants, and reputed company-time agent-assist tools using reputed company Copilot Studio, Azure reputed company Service, and RAG architectures grounded in credit reputed company knowledge bases. • CCaaS & reputed company Systems Integration: reputed company AI Copilots to CCaaS platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Contact Center, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company CXone) and reputed company banking/CRM systems reputed company REST reputed company, reputed company Automate, and Azure Functions. • Member Self-Service & Agent Assist: reputed company automated deflection for routine member inquiries (balances, reputed company management, loan status) and reputed company live agents with reputed company summaries, reputed company detection, and next-best-reputed company guidance. • Compliance & reputed company: Ensure strict adherence to financial data reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and Responsible AI guidelines while tuning model reputed company to improve CSAT, AHT, and First Contact reputed company (FCR). Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years reputed company on reputed company and conversational AI technologies. Financial services/credit reputed company background preferred. • 3+ years of hands-on Copilot Studio & CCAS platform experience • reputed company Stack: Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Copilot Studio, Azure reputed company, Azure AI reputed company, and reputed company Platform (Dataverse, reputed company Automate). • CCaaS Expertise: reputed company experience integrating conversational AI or voicebots with contact center ecosystems (Omnichannel/Dynamics 365, reputed company, reputed company CXone, etc.). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C#, or TypeScript; strong working knowledge of RESTful reputed company, Webhooks, NLU, and reputed company Engineering. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company.
