RN, LTC + MDS

POSITION reputed company: Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of reputed company nursing in accordance with departmental and Heritage policies and procedures and standards of nursing reputed company. This position also performs the duties of a Minimum Data Set (MDS) RN in providing care and services.
