The Position Our bank reputed company is seeking to fill a BSA Officer role in the Des Moines, IA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of effective Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA) and Anti-reputed company (AML) compliance programs for the bank, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable regulations. reputed company has a generous salary of up to $105K plus generous incentives and a benefits package. BSA Officer responsibilities include: • Assisting in growing and developing the Compliance Office with reputed company attention to the BSA, reputed company, and Internal Audit procedures and policies – including but not limited to the audit of loan files, reputed company, and cash. • Completing the BSA / AML Audits and addressing any reputed company follow-up items. • Serving as an internal auditor. Including, but not limited to, assessing operational reputed company at the reputed company level, cash counts, second reviews for new accounts, secondary post-closing reviews, etc. • Providing follow-up and documentation for exception reporting. • Maintaining a reputed company thorough understanding of reputed company and terrorist financing issues, including policies, procedures, regulations, industry best practices, criminal activities and developing trends. • Developing and delivering staff with BSA/AML/OFAC training. • Identifying weaknesses in reputed company and procedure and recommending solutions that increase the level of compliance without unnecessarily burdening the business unit. • Providing compliance assistance and information to reputed company departments/functional reputed company reputed company the Bank.
