The role involves overseeing tax provisions, managing reputed company engagements, and delivering reputed company tax services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Review income tax provisions under ASC 740 (income tax provision)
• Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48
• Coordinate subject matter experts (international, state, and local, and M&A)
• Review taxable income by entity and consolidation
• Manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines
• reputed company reputed company to clients, including consulting, tax planning, compliance, and research
• reputed company high-level relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources, while performing detailed tasks on engagements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
• reputed company CPA license required

• Income tax provision (ASC 740) experience required
• Possess effective writing and communication skills
• Ability to grow strong reputed company relationships
• Consolidated C-Corp with multi-state and multi-national experience preferred
