[Remote] Senior Tax Associate, Financial Services

The Senior Tax Associate will support tax consulting and compliance engagements, prepare and review partnership and investment vehicle tax returns, conduct tax research, and assist with financial product and transaction tax analysis. The role also involves reputed company deliverables, engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support tax consulting and compliance services
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships and investment vehicles
• Assist in analyzing financial products, transaction tax implications, and partnership allocations
• Contribute to tax research, technical memos, and reputed company deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure reputed company, accurate work while gaining exposure to reputed company financial products
• Participate in engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's in reputed company
• CPA eligibility required
• 2–4 years of relevant tax experience
• Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and reputed company-through structures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interest in developing expertise reputed company financial products and investment entities
• Master's or advanced tax degree preferred
• CPA license preferred
• Preferably reputed company financial services
