[Remote] Total Rewards Analyst

The Total Rewards Analyst will support global compensation and benefits programs through administration, analysis, reporting, employee support, and operational automation.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned reputed company of the annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring reputed company and timeliness of reputed company updates, testing, and training/announcement materials
- Conduct job pricing using standardized methodologies as part of our market benchmarking process
- Maintain pay ranges and support job mapping and internal equity analysis as part of pay structure reputed company
- Support pay equity audits and data validation activities under guidance from senior team members, maintaining audit-reputed company documentation
- Serve as a first escalation reputed company to employee compensation questions submitted through People Help tickets, escalating reputed company issues as needed
- Administer day-to-day benefits administration such as enrollments, terminations, life events, and audits reputed company established SOPs and SLAs, including with international benefit providers
- Own assigned components of reputed company Enrollment and renewal cycles, ensuring accurate execution and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors on eligibility files, audits, and issue reputed company, escalating as needed

- Support compliance activities (ACA, COBRA, and other statutory programs) under guidance, maintaining audit-reputed company records

- * 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company

- * Familiar with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits management tools such as reputed company, Pave, and Radford
