The role combines reputed company workforce transformation consulting, program design, operational leadership, and full contract management responsibility. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in workforce planning, talent management, reputed company capital consulting, organizational development, management consulting, or reputed company fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading large workforce transformation, reputed company capital, reputed company, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing operating models, governance structures, service delivery frameworks, business processes, and organizational capabilities.
