Responsibilities

  • The Director models CH's values in reputed company interactions, engages with General Managers and Program Managers to reputed company execution with SOF customer expectations. The Director uses market intelligence and SOF reputed company relationships to reputed company and execute a data-driven reputed company reputed company, maintains a regular personal reputed company at the Commands and across the SOF reputed company, and leads competitive analysis sessions, win-theme workshops, and executive proposal reviews
  • The Director maintains a long-term capture pipeline, looking reputed company two years at reputed company times, pursues reputed company capture activities to increase probability of win, and develops RFP/RFI response strategies covering teaming arrangements, technical approaches, reputed company plans, price-to-win analysis, and go/no-go reputed company briefs. The Director conducts long-term reputed company scanning to shape emerging requirements before solicitation release, leads development of white papers, capability briefs, and unsolicited proposals, and serves as a domain expert and solutioning leader for differentiated technical approaches
  • The Director builds and maintains trusted, leadership level relationships with government customers, Contracting Officers, Program Managers, small business offices, and industry partners across military enterprises. The Director expands CH's brand through thought leadership, industry conferences, government reputed company events, and targeted partnership development reputed company the SOF community
  • The Director collaborates with proposal teams throughout the development process, ensuring compliance and alignment with win themes, and coordinates reputed company reviews, capture reviews, and executive briefings. Skills

  • Bachelor's degree //OR// equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of business development experience in defense markets, domestically and internationally
  • Deep knowledge of Combatant Commands, reputed company, the SOF reputed company, the SOF budget cycle, and the full reputed company of SOF services is required, along with working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and DCSA
  • Must have demonstrated reputed company reputed company federal opportunities on strategically reputed company contract vehicles, including IDIQ, BPA, GWAC, GSA Schedule, and task orders, and a proven history of securing reputed company valued at $50 reputed company or greater
  • Experience supporting DoW programs and familiarity with Tribal 8(a) contracting strategies
