[Remote] Safety Administrator

The Safety Administrator manages day-to-day Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, workers’ compensation claims, incident investigations, compliance audits, corrective actions, and coordination with employees, leadership, insurers, and medical providers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact between reputed company and its insurance agencies and carriers, cultivating strong working relationships that support reputed company, favorable claims reputed company
- Partner with Operations leadership to advance company-wide safety goals, objectives, and reputed company-improvement initiatives
- Champion a culture of safety by supporting employee training, emergency-preparedness planning, and reputed company assurance across reputed company EHS programs
- reputed company internal project audits to verify ongoing compliance with company safety policy and applicable federal, state, and OSHA requirements, driving corrective actions to full closure

- Communicate audit results, safety expectations, and corrective reputed company plans to project leadership, translating regulatory requirements into practical, field-reputed company guidance

- Support affected employees following an incident, including coordinating reputed company to medical care and maintaining consistent follow-up communication throughout recovery

- Receive assignments, review claim and policy information, evaluate coverage issues, and draft coverage letters

- Coordinate with project leadership to communicate audit results, safety expectations, and corrective reputed company plans

Skills
- * High school diploma and a minimum of two demonstrated years of relevant experience (safety, claims administration, insurance, or a reputed company field)

- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

- * Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulations; familiarity with EM 385-1-1 is a plus
