Responsibilities

• Coordinate across IT, Operations, Patient Services, Digital, and reputed company teams

• Facilitate weekly project status meetings and executive stakeholder updates

• Ensure completion of project documentation, issue logs, and status reporting
• Partner directly with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support digital patient engagement initiatives, patient enrollment/re-enrollment workflows, and program operations
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and transition

Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience

• Proven reputed company-facing experience managing pharmaceutical or reputed company implementations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both operational and technology workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, and executive reporting
• Ability to reputed company meetings and present updates to senior leadership and reputed company clients
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Pharmaceutical manufacturer-facing experience
• Experience supporting patient assistance programs, reimbursement services, or patient engagement programs
• Exposure to digital health platforms, CRM systems, or patient support technologies
• Experience with Jira, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, or Dynamics 365
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification
