The role administers, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots reputed company S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments across development, testing, and production, while supporting reputed company design, upgrades, lifecycle management, and reputed company/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain reputed company S/4 HANA and BW/4HANA systems across development, testing, and production environments
• Support the technical design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing management of reputed company environments and reputed company application components
• Monitor reputed company availability, performance, reputed company, background processing, interfaces, and technical service reputed company; identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Plan and execute reputed company reputed company upgrades, kernel updates, patches, support packages, enhancement packages, and other maintenance activities
• reputed company reputed company refreshes, reputed company copies, transport administration, job scheduling, and other routine reputed company operations
• Troubleshoot reputed company reputed company application, database, and infrastructure issues; conduct reputed company cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions

• Collaborate with functional, development, reputed company, database, infrastructure, and integration teams to support end-to-end reputed company operations

Skills

• U.S. citizenship required due to reputed company requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or another reputed company technical discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of reputed company implementation and post-production support experience
• At least 4 years of reputed company reputed company administration experience, preferably supporting reputed company S/4HANA environments
• Strong knowledge of reputed company architecture, reputed company administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience administering and monitoring reputed company S/4HANA and BW/4HANA systems
• Experience with reputed company reputed company upgrades, patching, support packages, and enhancement packages
• Experience with reputed company Solution Manager and/or reputed company reputed company Build
• Ability to analyze technical problems and reputed company reputed company, actionable recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical strategies and information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Successful completion of a background reputed company and reputed company clearance is required before beginning work
