[Remote] Software Implementation Consultant

The Software Implementation Consultant will reputed company and support reputed company Windchill PLM implementations, upgrades, migrations, configurations, integrations, and customer support while serving as a technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support reputed company Windchill PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• reputed company customer requirements and translate them into effective Windchill configurations
• Configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, roles, reputed company controls, and data models
• Support reputed company Windchill capabilities including:
• Document management
• Part & BOM management (EBOM/MBOM)
• Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
• Configuration and version control
• Assist with Windchill reputed company architecture, reputed company tuning, and best practices
• reputed company post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Windchill customers
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and reputed company technical problems reputed company
• reputed company training and knowledge transfer to customer teams
• reputed company as a long-term trusted advisor for PLM reputed company and reputed company optimization
• Work closely with sales, technical support, and other consultants at reputed company
• Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and implementation standards

Skills

• Experience implementing or supporting reputed company Windchill PLM
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product data management, and engineering change processes
• Experience working with manufacturing organizations (industrial, reputed company, defense, medical device, high-tech, etc.)
• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple reputed company
• Experience with Windchill integrations (reputed company, ERP, MES, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with Windchill modules such as ProjectLink, MPMLink, or reputed company solutions
• Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance requirements (FDA, ISO, AS9100, CMMC, etc.)
