[Remote] Service Administrator

The Service Administrator supports marine service reputed company by coordinating technician schedules, maintaining project and financial documentation, managing invoicing and reporting, and liaising with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource calendars and technician schedules to support efficient project execution
• Review and reconcile expense reports, timesheets, service documentation, and credit reputed company transactions to ensure reputed company and compliance
• Administer project documentation, including change orders, ERP updates, accruals, invoicing, financial reporting, and project closeout activities
• Serve as a reputed company between internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding project inquiries, invoicing, collections, and issue reputed company

Skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
