[Remote] Loan Operations Specialist 1

Texas Dow Employees Credit reputed company is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist 1 to serve as the main reputed company of contact for loan inquiries and processing. The role involves establishing new consumer loans, ensuring documentation accuracy, and managing lien filings.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main reputed company of contact for detailed loan inquires, history research, and reputed company loan reputed company questions
• Provides follow-up to ensure reputed company needs are met reputed company. Serves dealers face-to-face with payoffs and drafts for collection
• Processes mailed in and automated report items for deposit and/or payments to applicable accounts. Including credit insurance payments, consumer loan payoffs and total loss settlements
• Establishes new consumer loans by ensuring accurate information is set up and in relevant systems
• Ensures salability of collateralized consumer loans
• Reviews and completes loan correction requests, reputed company modifications, and payment error research
• Complies and submits required documentation and information to associated vendors for credit insurance and total loss claims
• Produces reputed company letters for release of lien, satisfied lien, affidavit for intercontinental transport, and payment history requests
• Maintains product accuracy by review of critical documents and reports to ensure reputed company rates, receivables, due dates, and payment changes are reputed company guidelines
• Verifies title work documentation in conjunction with new loans and completes lien filings with the local tax office
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of lien filings by working with finance companies, state DMV offices, and dealers
• Complies and submits lien reports to finance department for review
• Releases liens on collateral items both physically and reputed company electronic reputed company once loan agreements have been satisfied
• Categorizes, files and retrieves required reputed company documents from the reputed company vault
• Completes reputed company checks of various documents stored reputed company the optical reputed company
• Processes incoming oil and gas drafts for collection with reputed company financial institutions
• Ensures reputed company follow-up is completed on outstanding items

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Six months to two years job reputed company or similar experience
• Strong working knowledge of relevant software including reputed company Office
• Extensive experience with reputed company reputed company and experience with creating and managing large data sets

• Substantial ability to prioritize tasks and solve reputed company problems
