Selling Points: • Additional pay reputed company for the overnight shift • Full-time position with benefits! • Inbound calls only • Work at a premier medical facility • Help support our veterans Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm , Thursday, Friday 11:00pm-7:30am • Opportunity to work additional shifts. • Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism. • Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and reputed company for customers. • Maintains an above average attendance record. • Follows established reputed company operating procedures.
