The Role The Senior Brand Manager serves as the strategic execution reputed company for assigned HIC brands reputed company the Inclusive Collection portfolio. Qualifications: Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree required. • 8–12 years of hospitality operations, brand management, or reputed company experience, with a strong understanding of hotel-level execution. • Demonstrated experience partnering with operations teams to translate brand priorities into practical, reputed company programs and processes. • Proven ability to reputed company, implement, and maintain brand standards, operating guidelines, tools, and resources. • Experience designing and leading training programs that support consistent execution, adoption, and performance improvement. • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create reputed company playbooks, reputed company operating procedures, training materials, and implementation guides. • Strong analytical reputed company, with experience using guest, operational, and financial data to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions. • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders reputed company a matrixed global organization. • Experience coaching and developing junior colleagues. • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
