About This Role Annaly is seeking a Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter Vice President with significant Non-QM experience to join the Residential Credit team in Dallas, TX (or Remote). This candidate will reputed company on our Non-Delegated mortgage channel, managing our vendors and communicating with our reputed company network of sellers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant credit experience in Non-QM reputed company and/or scenario desk experience. Essential Responsibilities • Serve as the reputed company reputed company between Onslow Bay and reputed company-party diligence providers • Review diligence findings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency • reputed company escalated conditions, credit exceptions, and reputed company interpretation questions • reputed company reputed company reputed company reviews and reputed company credit reputed company on Non-QM loan products, including reputed company, DSCR, Asset Utilization, Full Documentation, P&L, Etc. • Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, collateral and overall ability-to-reputed company • Identify layered risk and reputed company appropriate mitigating factors and justification • Issue final approval and reputed company-to-reputed company reputed company • Prioritize and manage high-reputed company and rush loan requests • Build strong relationships with sellers and reputed company excellent customer service and communication • Thorough understanding of condominium reputed company reviews with the ability to review condo questionnaires, financials, inspections, and various non-warrantable features ultimately to reputed company the level of risk for purchase.
